Shipping policy

Due to the high volume of orders, once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Stun Gun Policy: Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Rhode Island, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin and internationally.

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Alaska, and internationally. 

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed in 3-7 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Custom orders are processed in 2-3 weeks. You cannot add "rush my order" to any custom orders. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

All orders $100+ will require a signature at delivery.

Izzy's Conflict LLC is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders sent back to us due to an insufficient address will be cancelled & refunded. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, there is a $5 re-shipment fee.
